Realty Right was formed by managing member Guillermo Coronado during the mortgage crisis of 2008. We grew while others were closing their doors and have changed with the times . Realty Right succeeded to perform hundreds of short sales helping consumers while also helping lenders with their assets.

We have mastered and teach all phases of Real Estate.  Residential, Commercial, flipping homes , wholesaling , home building , property management , dividing parcels of lands  are just a few things we have done with the Brokerage  and willing to share with agents .  During that time we kept our Brokerage small at twenty.

In 2019 we noticed a change in the industry and many mimicking our business model yet with a much higher price point for agents.  This is when we decided to grow our brokerage where an agent’s can call home and never make a move again.

Every year 30 % of agents change Brokerages. We feel keeping agent’s fees low while offering value and  helping agents grow a business will continue to keep our retention rate over 95 %.
